Official Team Merchandise
If you have ordered merchandise of a team which we sell on our website, and would like to return it because you require an alternative size, please ensure the tags are not removed from the garment, and contact our team within 7 days of receipt of the item on the following email to arrange return: email@example.com
We will look to exchange the garment the alternative size you require if it is available in stock once the item is returned. Should the garment not be in stock, we will offer to make the item in the size you require, or offer a full refund if you would prefer.
Fortunately any issues are very rare, but if you have an issue with the quality of a garment you have received, please let us know within 7 days of delivery of your order so we can resolve this.
Custom Teamwear Orders
For customers ordering custom teamwear, we are unable to replace incorrectly ordered sizes due to the custom nature of the product. However we will always work with the customer to find the best solution in this situation. We always provide all size guides and offer sizing assistance prior to processing an order to alleviate any concerns. Should there be any error in the sizing or design of your order, please do not hesitate to contact our team so we can rectify this at the first opportunity: firstname.lastname@example.org
