Q When you say your Darts Shirts are 'Sublimated' – what does this mean?

A Sublimation is the process whereby shirts have an ink dyed design applied to them. The ink does not fade, and cannot peal or deteriorate unlike traditional printing or embroidery. This means not only can we use thousands of colours, but we can 'sublimate' text and logos into the shirts fabric, meaning there is no need for scratchy embroidery or stiff patches to affect your comfort at the oche.

Q Is there a minimum order on your Shirts or Teamwear?

A No, we do not have any minimum orders.

Q What are the benefits of ordering a Full Custom Sublimated Shirt from Harlequin Teamwear?

A You can create your dream shirt, with no minimum order quantity, designed by a company who takes pride in their work for every customer. Harlequin's sublimated darts shirts are made from the best quality material (dri-fit, lightweight and comfortable) coupled with our factory using the finest quality sublimation inks in production. The finished shirts are vivid, eye catching and professional. We have hundreds of happy customers and our shirts are chosen by many professionals in the men's and women's games.

Q How do I go about ordering a Full Custom Sublimated Darts Shirt?

A Email us at enquiries@harlequinteamwear.co.uk with your ideas and requirements, and we will work with you to create your design. We can add your logo and your sponsors' logos if you attach a vector or a high-quality JPEG file. Allow 1 week in busy periods for us to create your design - we will email it to you showing the front and back of the shirt. If you require any changes - just let us know. When you are happy, we will request payment. From the date of payment, please allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery to your door.

Q Are there any limitations to what I can have on my shirt?

A Copyrighted designs, logos and phrases cannot be used. Other than that - the possibilities are endless! But if we think a design will not work, we will advise why and suggest alternatives.

Q Do you offer a discount for larger orders?

A Yes – We offer discounts for individuals ordering multiple shirts, pub teams, superleague teams, and county darts teams. If you would like a quote for a multiple shirt order, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Q How do I know which size to choose?

A Please refer to our Harlequin's size guides to select your size. Please note that the fit differs between Darts Shirts and Polo Shirts. Please be sure to check your sizing against the related guide before placing your order, as we cannot replace incorrectly ordered shirts due to their custom nature. Q Do you make Ladies Darts Shirts?

A Yes - we specialise in Ladies Darts Shirts and have dedicated our time to designing a shirt fit that compliments the ladies figure, with tapered side panels. Q How do I order a replica shirt of one of your Harlequin Icons?

Q How long will my order take to arrive?

A As all our clothing is custom made to order, please allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery to your door from the date of payment.

Q How much does Postage cost to UK Mainland Addresses?

A We charge £4.99 for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for a single darts shirt. If you are looking to order multiple shirts please Contact Us for a quote and we will get straight back to you. Typically a team order will cost around £15-£20 in total by courier.

Q Do you post outside of the United Kingdom?

A Yes we post worldwide, all we charge is the difference in postage costs. Please Contact Us for a quote.

Q Where is my order?

A While your order is in production with our factory, we cannot provide you with frequent updates due to the number of orders under production. We always send orders by Recorded Delivery through either Royal Mail or by courier for peace of mind.

Q Can you rush my order?

A If you are looking to receive for your shirt for a certain event, please contact us enquiries@harlequinteamwear.co.uk before ordering to see if it is likely to be delivered in time. Orders are made by our factory in the order in which payment is received in the interests of fairness to our customers. Harlequin can make no guarantees on exact delivery time and the 6 week turnaround is to be treated as an approximate only.


Q What Payment Methods do you accept?

A Sending payment on the Harlequin Teamwear Online Shop will need to be sent via PayPal. You don’t necessarily need an account with PayPal, you can just click 'Pay on Card' and pay on your Debit or Credit Card. If your order is not being made through our website, such as for county darts shirts or teamwear – we accept payment via. PayPal, Bank Transfer, BACS or cheque. Please note your order will not be processed until your payment has cleared, which means typically orders by cheque are slower to clear and can take up to a week to show in our account.


Q What if I change my mind and want to cancel?

A Once you place an order it is sent straight to our factory for processing, therefore due to the custom nature of each order we cannot cancel your order in return for a full refund. If you have made an error in your order please Contact Us at the first opportunity to see whether we can rectify it, but this is not always possible.

Q I have ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my shirt?

A Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of each order, we are unable to accept returns for a refund or replace your purchase with another size. However we will always work with the customer to find the best solution in this situation.

Q My order has been delivered with an error in size or design?

A Fortunately errors are very rare! However, please let us know within 7 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order so we can resolve this issue, by replacing the shirt provided with no errors in the design or size.


Q Can you sponsor me?

A At present we have no sponsorship opportunities available. Typically we sponsor players ranked in the Top 30 of the PDC, and Top 30 of the BDO (Men and Ladies) who are keen to represent the brand.
