SIZING 

Please refer to our Harlequin's size guides to select your size. Please be sure to check your sizing against the related guide before placing your order, as we cannot replace incorrectly ordered products due to their custom nature. If you need any assistance with sizing please do not hesitate to Contact Us by email (enquiries@harlequinteamwear.co.uk) and our team will be more than happy to help. 
 

DELIVERY TIME 

As all our clothing is custom made to order, please allow approximately 5-6 weeks for delivery to your door from the date of payment. 
 

CANCELLATION 

Once you place an order it is sent straight to our factory for processing, therefore due to the custom nature of each order we cannot cancel your order in return for a full refund. If you have made an error in your order please Contact Us at the first opportunity to see whether we can rectify it, but this is not always possible. 
 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

On all custom products due to the bespoke nature of each order, we are unable to accept returns for a refund or replace your purchase with another size. However we will always work with the customer to find the best solution in this situation.  

 

ERROR 

Fortunately errors are very rare! However, please let us know within 7 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order so we can resolve this.
